1. Introduction

Welcome to Easy Car Rentals. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Easy Car Rentals offers vehicle rental services subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. This document constitutes a legally binding contract between you, the renter, and Easy Car Rentals. Please read these terms carefully before making a reservation.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To rent a vehicle from Easy Car Rentals, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age (25 for premium and luxury vehicles)
• Possess a valid driver's license that has been in effect for at least one year
• Provide a valid credit card in your name for the security deposit
• Meet our insurance requirements
• International customers must have a valid passport, driver's license, and in some cases, an International Driving Permit

3. Reservation and Payment

When making a reservation with Easy Car Rentals, you agree to the following:

• Rates are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed
• A security deposit is required at the time of rental and will be refunded upon satisfactory return of the vehicle
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time may result in a cancellation fee
• Payment methods accepted include major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment services
• Additional fees may apply for optional services, late returns, fuel replacement, and cleaning if necessary

We reserve the right to pre-authorize your credit card for the estimated total rental charges plus a security deposit. This amount will be held but not charged unless necessary for additional fees or damages.

4. Vehicle Usage Restrictions

When renting a vehicle from Easy Car Rentals, you agree to the following restrictions:

• The vehicle may only be driven by authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement
• Vehicles may not be taken off-road or used in a manner inconsistent with their intended use
• International travel requires prior authorization and may incur additional fees
• Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles
• Pets are only allowed in designated vehicles with prior authorization and an additional cleaning fee
• The vehicle may not be used for commercial purposes without explicit consent
• The vehicle may not be used to transport hazardous materials or illegal substances

Violation of these restrictions may result in additional fees, immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund, and potential legal action.

5. Insurance and Liability

Easy Car Rentals provides basic insurance coverage with every rental. This includes:

• Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) with a deductible
• Third-party liability insurance as required by law
• Personal accident insurance for the driver and passengers

Additional coverage options are available for purchase, including:

• Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) to reduce or eliminate the deductible
• Extended third-party liability coverage
• Personal effects coverage
• Roadside assistance coverage

You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle not covered by the insurance options you select. We strongly recommend reviewing your personal auto insurance policy and credit card benefits to understand your existing coverage before purchasing additional options.

6. Pick-Up and Return

When picking up your rental vehicle:

• You must present your valid driver's license, credit card, and any other required documentation
• You will be required to inspect the vehicle and acknowledge its condition
• You will receive instructions on how to operate the vehicle and its features
• The fuel level will be documented at the time of pick-up

When returning your rental vehicle:

• The vehicle must be returned to the designated location at the agreed-upon time
• The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was received, accounting for normal wear and tear
• The fuel tank must be filled to the same level as at pick-up, or you will incur a refueling fee
• Late returns may result in additional charges or fees

7. Maintenance and Accidents

You are responsible for the vehicle while it is in your possession. This includes:

• Checking oil, water, and tire pressure during extended rentals
• Reporting any mechanical issues immediately
• Following proper procedures in case of an accident or breakdown

In case of an accident or breakdown:

• Contact emergency services if necessary
• Contact our customer service department immediately
• Do not admit fault or liability
• Collect information from all parties involved, including names, contact information, insurance details, and witness statements
• Document the scene with photographs if possible
• Complete an accident report form

8. Modification and Cancellation

Reservations may be modified or cancelled according to the following policies:

• Modifications are subject to vehicle availability and may result in price adjustments
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one day's rental
• No-shows will be charged the full rental amount for the first day
• Early returns do not guarantee a partial refund unless agreed upon in advance

9. Privacy and Data Collection

Easy Car Rentals is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Some of our vehicles may be equipped with GPS tracking technology for security purposes. This information may be used to:

• Locate the vehicle in case of theft or non-return
• Assist in case of emergency or breakdown
• Verify compliance with territorial restrictions

We do not continuously monitor vehicle locations during normal rental periods unless required by law or in case of suspected violation of the rental agreement.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through:

• Informal negotiation - we encourage you to contact our customer service department first to attempt to resolve any disputes
• Mediation - if informal negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute may be referred to mediation before a mutually agreed upon mediator
• Arbitration - if mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association

Any arbitration shall take place in Orlando, Florida, in the English language, and the arbitral decision may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

Easy Car Rentals reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our website or by email. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.
